Sarah Masheyev

Sarah Masheyev is a law clerk with an interdisciplinary background in healthcare, science, and the law. She supports the firm’s business and healthcare clients with careful research, clear analysis, and a strong understanding of how legal and clinical environments intersect.

Prior to law school, Sarah graduated St. John’s University with a degree in Biology. She originally pursued a premedical track and worked closely with physicians during internships in several medical offices. She gained experience with clinical workflows, patient communication, healthcare compliance, and the operational demands of medical practices. This foundation informs her work on matters involving healthcare operations, regulatory obligations, and risk management for providers and related businesses.

During law school, Sarah deepened her advocacy and research skills through an externship focused on family law and protective services. She also gained litigation experience at two New York based practices, where she worked on workers' compensation and personal injury matters. She prepared settlement documents, reviewed medical records, coordinated with experts, and supported attorneys during case development and negotiation. These experiences strengthened her ability to analyze complex factual records and collaborate with professionals from several fields, including medical and business teams.

Sarah earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. She appeared on the Dean’s List and received an award for outstanding achievement in Real Estate Transactions.
