Jason Block

Jason Block is currently a law clerk pending admission to the New York State Bar. Graduating from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in May of 2025, Mr. Block is eager to showcase himself in the legal world and put his skills to good use.

He prides himself on his ability to solve complex legal issues and his ability to truly understand the needs and wants of clients. With previous experience in landlord tenant and criminal defense he has gained a wide array of knowledge that allows him to more thoroughly recognize potential solutions to many of the firm’s client’s legal problems.

Prior to joining Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum, Mr. Block learned very quickly and helped to draft a number of motions and perform countless hours of legal research to help his then firm’s clients win major cases.

Jason Block passed the July 2025 Bar exam right after his law school graduation. Prior to law school he earned a bachelors in science in business administration from St. Joseph’s College in New York where he found himself on the Dean’s list multiple times.
