which contract to use for LLC signing for residence

 Ken,
If someone is using an LLC as the customer name, but is signing up for service on a house, should we be using a residential or commercial contract?

This is not uncommon. There could be several reasons an LLC is signing a contract for a house.  The house could be investment property that is rented to tenants.  The house could be for one of the LLC's employees or members.  The LLC could be intending to conduct its business from the house rather than use it as a residence.
So which contract to use, Commercial All in One or the Residential All in One depends on how the premises will be used and who is going to use it.
If a residence, the party signing should sign the Residential All in One.  A Disclaimer Notice too and also an alarm.com Rider if you're using alarm.com manufactured equipment.  The residential form is different than the commercial form; it has to comply with consumer laws.  Even if you could use the commercial form, using the residential form would not be a mistake.  Using the commercial form for a residence, to be occupied as a residence by the party signing the contract on behalf of the corporate or LLC entity, would be a mistake; that end user is "entitled" to a residential contract with all the consumer protection.
It's fine for the residential contract to state that the LLC is to be billed, though be careful because if the LCC goes bankrupt a Trustee may claim that the LLC got no value for the payments and look to recover those payments.  I've taken that position in analogous situations when serving as a Bankruptcy Trustee.
