          I've cautioned alarm dealers to be very careful borrowing money; it always has to be paid back.  There are ways to leverage your accounts to grow your business and finding the right fit for your company, if you go the finance way, is a better alternative than selling your accounts to another company; at least you should have something left at the end of your career other than a memory of how much you took in and spent over a lifetime of work.  As I see it the pot of gold in this industry is still selling the RMR contracted accounts.  There are plenty of ways to approach RMR growth - be smart about it because it just doesn't happen on its own.  You're in a great business at a great time; capitalize on the opportunities.
