Answer: 
Yep!  We have an office in West Palm Beach, and we (myself included) are licensed in Florida.  Which means, not only may we assist in compliance and transactional matters, but, if needed, I can post bail and make a court appearance (not the last part! Not my area of expertise! (and, we have referrals for that).  

Watch out for the Florida notorious non-competes.  Brutal in geographic scope...
