            Thanks for the clarity on this issue. One could have probably gleaned all this from a multitude of different posts over time. But it’s nice to see instructions for the folks that are walking straight instead of those that are stumbling along.

Updating home entertainment agreement

            I am reviewing the Home Automation and Integration Agreement for updates and could use some help with this paragraph.  Is it still applicable or out of date?  Any suggested changes?  Thanks KK

MISCELLANEOUS PRODUCT INFORMATION: OLED and Plasma TVs burn in a fixed image and are not repairable on premises.  Projector TVs require high output bulbs that have usable time span of 1000 to 2000 hours.  Replacement of bulbs is not included in SELLER’s warranty.  Some models may automatically turn off when the bulb is no longer usable. TV reception is dependent on source of signal, which is beyond SELLER’s control or this contract, and color transmitted over outside channels, stations or local sources.  Buyer may be required to adjust color from time to time. Buyer is responsible to ensure proper ventilation for equipment.  Infrared devices may not work on all equipment and SELLER is not responsible for manufacturer’s I R protocols.  Operation of components are explained in manufacturer’s manuals, which Buyer acknowledges receiving from SELLER.  Buyer should read and retain these manuals.  SELLER will provide training on use of the equipment at time of installation and will provide reasonable telephone support for 30 days after installation.  Projector’s filter requires cleaning and maintenance depending on environmental conditions.  SELLER will perform filter, inspection cleaning and maintenance pursuant to paragraph 3 (iii) or (iv) as selected by Buyer ©
