I wouldn’t even consider doing that job.  Why would you want to open up yourself to a potential lawsuit?  The lawsuits gonna cost you more money than the cost of installing the equipment and profit.

He’s right from a practical standpoint.  This same thinking applies in other situations, such as the husband - wife dispute.  You sometimes lose track over how important your reputation and time [and money] is and getting your name attached to a camera issue or spending time and money defending yourself against even a frivolous claim will be a quick wake up call; you’ll regret getting involved in the first instance.
That’s not to suggest you shy away from business, just that you stick to the industry you know and avoid getting in the middle like a referee, marriage counselor, lawyer or mediator.
Avoid audio and video in areas where privacy is expected.  You know where they are so I won’t list them.
Get the husband and wife to sign the Residential all in One, especially if you put both names on the contract.  In a commercial setting make sure you get an officer or someone clearly in charge to sign the contract.
Management Companies present their own difficulties, and the best advice I can give is join the Concierge Program and let me deal with them; hopefully their attorney.  You don’t need to get a new contract every time a new management company is engaged by your subscriber, but you also don’t want to completely alienate a management company that might be there when your contract expires or who controls a lot of other properties within your business territory.  That does not mean they can’t be reasoned with and their “vendor” agreements modified, and they need to be in every instance.
