If you do not require assistance in the pre-contract phase, we regularly are retained to step into the deal process to prepare the purchase agreement, whether or not we are also tasked with negotiating and finalizing the transaction. Typically with our general counsel involvement, we will also prepare or be taksed with finalizing all of the ancillary transactional documents, such as employment agreements for the principals, leasing and/or sale of any related real estate and corporate structuring matters, including operating, partnership and joint venture agreements.
