Eileen Wagda

Eileen Wagda is a paralegal at Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum PC where she works closely with Ken Kirschenbaum in the Alarm/Security Division of the law practice. Eileen joined the firm in 1998 working with Samuel Kirschenbaum and Ken Kirschenbaum focusing in the areas of real estate litigation and commercial and insurance defense litigation. She wears two hats, License Coordinator, where she manages alarm license issues, from figuring out who needs the license, who can hold the license, negotiating and executing the Qualifier Agreement. In addition to the listings on The Alarm Exchange for license holders and companies looking for license holders, she maintains K&K’s private list of potential qualifiers in most jurisdictions.
Eileen is perhaps better known as the Contract Administrator, a role she has had for many years. With approximately 6000 alarm companies using K&K form agreements Eileen is expert, and patient, assisting clients navigate their needs for contracts and forms.
In her dual roles, Eileen coordinates the paralegals and attorneys dedicated to the alarm division. Through the years she has supported various departments and stepped in where needed.
