I need to know if I can sign one agreement for burg and one agreement for fire as a master agreement that I can add new locations as they come on with some type of simple add-on rider. We have our version of your All in One Burg and All in One Fire agreements now. Do you have? Sincerely, Wayne ********************** Response ********************** Yes. This relationship would be handled as follows. For the intrusion and any other security systems you would use the Commercial Security All in One. Fire the fire alarm, you use the Fire All in One. Without naming these contracts "master agreements" they effectively become master agreement when you also get the Rider for Multiple Locations signed. You would use the Rider for each of the All in One agreements. The Rider requires the subscriber to request service at another location, you would then provide a quote for installation and RMR for after-install services, the subscriber approves the quote, the Rider references the All in One and all work done pursuant to the Rider back and forth emails is covered by the All in One. Increase in RMR on the All in One starts the term all over again [though that might get challenged]. Contract challenges should be referred to me for review and negotiation, and I strongly suggest you join the Concierge Program to save lots of money, not just for the contract reviews, but especially for the contract reviews. ************************ STANDARD FORMS Alarm / Security / Fire and related Agreements. click here: www.alarmcontracts.com *************************** CONCIERGE LAWYER SERVICE PROGRAM FOR THE ALARM INDUSTRY - You can check out the program and sign up here: https://www.kirschenbaumesq.com/page/concierge or contact our Program Coordinator Stacy Spector, Esq at 516 747 6700 x 304. *********************** ALARM ARTICLES: You can always read our Articles on our website at ww.kirschenbaumesq.com/page/alarm-articles updated daily ******************** THE ALARM EXCHANGE - the alarm industries leading classified and business exchange - updated daily ************************* Wondering how much your alarm company is worth?
