            My advice to Larry  -
Don’t waste any time. I did that 2 months ago and Ken got me results in a check. He is amazing and doesn’t play games.
Thank you,

            Thanks for the endorsement.
If you have our Kirschenbaum Contracts™ K&K will support your enforcement of those contracts.  Every alarm company [and every business] loses customers through attrition, and many of these accounts may not be worth pursuing.  But, many are, and if you want to spend your time, money and effort enforcing your contracts you may as well turn to the lawyers who wrote the contracts and have the most experience enforcing those contracts, whether it’s for collection, defense or negotiating the contract in order to get the job.
K&K’s collection department generally commences proceedings within a day of receiving the papers via email or mail.  As long as you have included the necessary information we get started within a day and that makes a big difference if the issue with the defaulting subscriber is still fresh.
For defense cases you will hopefully be relying on your insurance carrier, but you can ask that the carrier engage K&K and you can also engage K&K if your carrier is reserving its rights.
For contract negotiations with your customers we strongly recommend that you enroll in our Concierge Program for the Alarm Industry.  There are lots of benefits, but the most relevant for this discussion is the $250 a month credit you get for subscriber contract negotiations.  That benefit alone makes the Concierge Program well worth the price, which is $145 a month.
