All of the Standard Form Agreements have a provision which permits up to a 9% increase each year. If you don’t have the Standard Form Agreement then check to see if your contract permits the customer to cancel, or requires notice or permits you to retract the increase. If so, ask your lawyer to look for a copy of an updated Standard Form Agreement and copy the copyrighted right terminology. Or, you can buy an updated contract at www.alarmcontracts.com.

If you have less than 500 employees you qualify. How much can you get? Figure your average monthly payroll for 2019 and times it by 2.5. Don’t include any salary above $100,000.
As I write this we are waiting for the PPP program to be extended. It will likely be the law by the time this article is circulated. Sign up for the PPP Program today.
