That said, generally, within D&O policies there are additional coverage features available that may be what they are making the recommendations based one (ie: Fiduciary coverage for employee retirement programs or crime coverage). There could also be the need for Employment Practices Liability Coverage (which can be combined with a D&O policy or written on a stand-alone basis).
