Disclaimer Notice signed instead of All in One

Disclaimer Notice signed instead of All in One
**********************
Ken,
We are using your 'Residential All-in-one Agreement'. I was wondering:
We mailed to our customers the agreement and the disclaimer notice. Many of our customers just signed the Disclaimer Notice and they did not sign the contract agreement. We were wondering if the Residential All in One Agreement is valid despite them only signing the Disclaimer Notice.
All 3 of the pages were mailed together, and it appears the customers skipped over the back of the second page where the signature belongs, even though they were clearly marked with a yellow 'sign here' sticker.
Thank you, and look forward to hearing back from you.

You must get the All in One signed. The Disclaimer Notice is not even an agreement; it's an acknowledgement that you offered more equipment and services and a lot of other provisions, but not a contract.
A side note. I get calls routinely asking how much the company is worth. Before referring the caller to WhatsMyAlarmCompanyWorth.com I usually ask a little about the company and the contracts. Too often I am told that contracts are used but "not sure where they are from or how old they are, etc". That is like telling me "I own a car, how much is it worth?". A car is a good analogy because I often tell an alarm client when discussing the contracts that he should imagine that he is driving around in a 20 year old care and I am going to put him in brand new Cadillac.      Think about it. What do you want to say in response to the potential buyer's question, "where did you get this contract?" Use updated Standard Form Agreements and satisfy the most discerning insurance companies, central stations and potential buyer; maximize the value of your business.
And if you are really serious about running a top notch alarm business I suggest you get on board with the new Concierge Program. What are you waiting for?https://www.kirschenbaumesq.com/page/concierge
