See below for schedule and how to arrange a free appointment. ********************** Comment on Why do some deals take longer to close than others from article on March 20, 2025 ********************* Ken Thanks for the shout out in todays newsletter I could not agree more with your assessment of why some deals take longer: “the seller's records are less than what the buyer needs to confirm.” Our experience is that most owners have a pretty intuitive understanding of how their company works, but lack the ability to present the numbers of the business (RMR breakdown, attrition, profit margins, cash flow, EBITDA, etc). But I think the most important point you make is that knowing the details of your business will help a dealer be more successful even if selling is not in the immediate plans.
