Took some time to learn and get all the contracts set up. Overall, it has simplified the process of getting completed agreements. Wayne ************************* Response ************************* A lot of alarm companies use DocuSign. I haven't heard complaints though it seems to be hard, if not impossible, to make changes on the contract form when presented to the customer. I don't know if that is common among the vendors offering electronic contracts. Sadly, this was the only response to the question and I know that thousands of you do use electronic contracts and I also know that several vendors are listed on The Alarm Exchange under Technology and Services that increase or preserve your RMR; no one else has advice on electronic contracts and none of the vendors want to publicize their product and service? Keep in mind that the contracts must be updated, so be sure to know your vendor's policy and charges for changing your contract forms from time to time.
