Bold’s change in team
Dam the whole company is leaving!
Thought you might find this interesting.  Now both Alison Forsythe and Julie Lichtie are out at Bold. I guess the poor product & service complaints were finally heard by EverCommerce.  I pray that they bring in a team that can perform at the level that their clients expect.  The letter I received from Bold is below.
Dear Dan,
I have the pleasure of serving as General Manager at EverCommerce, the parent company of Bold Group. I’m writing today to share the news that Alison Forsythe is no longer with Bold Group and has transitioned out of her role as President of the organization.
I want to recognize Alison’s hard work and dedication to the business. EverCommerce appreciates her contributions and the progress made during her tenure.
Bold Group remains a critical part of the EverCommerce portfolio. We have complete confidence in the strength of its products, and EverCommerce is committed to the ongoing success and continued growth of the business and its customers.
Bold Group’s vision has always been to serve our customers and the security industry, to make software that helps you protect lives and property and streamline your business to drive profitability and growth. This is our foundation, and we are excited to work together with you to build upon that and further strengthen the Bold Group product line.
We are moving forward with an enhanced focus on our customers, and I’m pleased to say our search for a strong, customer-focused leader is already underway. The EverCommerce leadership team is working collaboratively with Bold Group’s leadership team to ensure this transition does not have an impact on you.
We greatly appreciate your support and understanding, and I want to identify key contacts for you in the interim.
Mindy O’Toole, GM,
EverCommerce Security & Alarm
Bold’s Managely certainly had plenty of complaints and many of those complaints focused on Bold’s failures in the customer service department.  Customers, in this case, are the alarm dealers.  Bold gave a transparent webinar in the K&K 2023 Software Webinar Series during which it was mentioned that Julie was moving on; we all wish her well.  You can watch the webinars on K&K’s website under Alarm Law Webinars:
Bold has also joined The Alarm Exchange.  While it hasn’t been too long since several articles on this forum complained about Managely, particularly its failed customer service, there haven’t been recent complaints and Bold seems to be taking the complaints very seriously and changing course.
Keep in mind that this forum isn’t just for complaints; you’re welcome to let us know some great things too.
