Alarm Companies can now add a branded self-service customer portal on their website with a simple copy-any-paste link. Customers can pay open invoices, view transaction history, update stored card information, manage auto-payment settings, and more! The portal gives your customers the professional experience they are looking for, and makes it easy for them to make payments online.
Biller Genie is easy to sync with your QuickBooks account and automate your invoicing processes. Invoices created in QuickBooks are automatically sent to subscribers. Alarm Companies can configure automated reminder schedule, and subscribers will be notified at regular intervals based on settings created by the Alarm Company. As payments are received against invoices, the program will automatically update the payment in QuickBooks, send a receipt, and mark the invoice as paid without the need to duplicate entries into multiple places.

Biller Genie is a service provided SkyBank Financial, a credit card processing company that has been on The Alarm Exchange for years. SkyBank is attentive to alarm companies and I have only heard good things about their service. Check them out, especially if you use QuickBooks. Even if you don't, I believe Skybank offers the lowest possible credit card processing rates, and to maintain its listing on The Alarm Exchange in the Financial Services category it must remain complaint free.

I use paper copies. I order 8.5x14 carbonless 2 part blank paper from https://www.carbonlessondemand.com/cgi-bin/shop/Carbonless-Forms-Printing-Service.html
They also have 2 and 3 part 8.5x11 that I use for other forms and the 3 day.
