 Appeal, as limited by appellant's brief, from so much of a decree of the 
Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, dated September 18, 1970, as (1) 
dismissed objections made on the ground that the propounded instrument was 
revoked, (2) admitted said instrument to probate and (3) directed that letters 
testamentary be issued. Decree affirmed insofar as appeal from, with one bell of 
costs jointly to respondents National Bank of Westchester and Alonzo J. 
Drummond, as guardian ad litem, payable out of the estate.  No opinion.
