Marc W. Daniels is an associate attorney of Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum, Marc has devoted the last ten years of his career working at a boutique consumer bankruptcy firm, specializing in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcies, foreclosure defense, and debtor rights. Prior to joining the bankruptcy firm, Marc was a bank attorney representing lenders such as JPMorgan Chase and First Republic Bank regarding real estate transactions on Long Island, Manhattan and the outer boroughs.
Over the last ten years, Marc has relied on his extensive knowledge of the bankruptcy code and debtor and creditor law to successfully negotiate thousands of settlements on behalf of creditors and debtors alike. He is a seasoned litigator having represented thousands of debtors in bankruptcy Court and hundreds of homeowners regarding New York State foreclosure actions.
Mr. Daniels received his J.D from the Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where he was the Program Editor of Touro’s Moot Court Board.
Mr. Daniels attended law school after working fourteen years at the Creative Cabinet Corporation of America, where he was the V.P. of Sales and Marketing. Marc left the business world in 2004 to pursue his lifelong dream of being an attorney.
