    I receive all of your emails and wanted to say thanks for all the useful information. I have a quick question. 

    I want to start doing credit checks on my new customers. Do you know what company I can do

this with?

Question - Management Software

    Not sure if its been discussed here before or not. But its been a pain lately to

determine what software most alarm companys are using to manage their service and

account's payable along with the ever changing evolution of everything going mobile

and to the cloud. We are in the proccess of trying to find a better system then

quickbooks and outlook, and with not many choices that look promising along with no

input from anyone has me doubtful on upgrades. 

    Do you have any experience dealing with this or maybe your readers could input some knowledge on how they manage daily alarm company task as  in keeping up with customer info, nfpa inspections, service

tickets, quotes, billing, task assigned to employee's ..etc
