In response to Software Management inquiry:
1. Set up a memorized transaction for the monthly invoice and then just modify the changes or
2. don’t enter every line of the bill but load as a whole and set up class codes. (in this case you would want to set up either a semi-annual or annual audit of your accounts)

In Quick Books, he can memorize the invoice and set it up for a monthly quarterly or annual re-occurrence. It's easy and relieved me of a lot of work. Also, Alarm Biller has software that is suppose to migrate with QB.

JR can do recurring billing in QuickBooks by setting up memorized transactions that bill monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.  The help section or community forums has detailed information on how to do this.  It works pretty well unless you want to change the amount, which requires you to open each individual memorized transaction, change it and re-memorize it.
