    ou should go full spectrum to you list of democratic donors. Last year I had a prominent bully try to take the Trump discount. I could have given up about $200 and walked away. Instead I
placed a lien and started foreclosing. It took a year. It cost him $27,000 and we got 9% interest.
    So be bipartisan. Sleaze is sleaze.

    not sure why I picked on the Democrats except most of the celebrities I have sued for breaching their alarm contract, or negotiated terms of their alarm contract, were, I am sure, democrats. Lot of actors and actresses. Most recent celeb however was Fox News guy, most definitely Republican.

    Several years ago a $Billion investor was turned away from the traditional remote monitored RMR, by their powerful attorneys, because of probable future class-action that could destroy market value. Counsel questioned the expressed and implied representations by industry leadership about the “credibility” of the sources for remote monitoring, for millions of existing customer contracts. Customer expectations do not match reality in thousands of municipalities, for on-demand rapid police/sheriff response to calls from help from monitoring firms. It includes statewide legislation like TX, GA, FL. that specifically prohibits calls from private monitoring firms, unless or until they meet verification qualifications.   We all know it as legislated and de facto “Verified Response”.        Most alarm suppliers do not inform their customers about this dilution of their security. Plausible deniability does not apply. Class action against our competitors could boomerang. K&K contracts are a logical buffer.
