Ken

We purchased a lease contract from you several months ago.

I am interested in purchasing another contract.  It needs to cover the monitoring agreement between us (the service provider) and our customer, who is small office/retail or small to mid residential clients.

Would I need your “SALES” contract or “MONITORING” contract?

Note:  these systems will not have service (maintenance) plans.

    Thanks for your help,

    Jonathan

*************  You need a Sales Contract for design and installation and you need a Monitoring Contract for monitoring.  If you intend to do any service then you need to have a Service Contract.  Get the forms at www.alarmcontracts.com

> Mr. Kirschenbaum,

It was recommended that we look at purchasing an Alarm Contract Agreement, from you.

We are a 95% commercial Systems Contractor, looking to RE-Contract our current 340 clients. We install and monitor Electronic Fire & Security systems, since 1990. Your assistance is greatly appreciated in these matters.

     Sincerely,

>  Mr. Bill

**************  Dear Bill:

   I suggest you purchase Fire Sales; Fire Inspection;

Commercial lease; Disclaimer Notice.

Dear Ken,

We saw that you have a "service contract" available on your web site. Does it include something we can print on the back of our 81/2 by 11" service tickets? We currently use one contract form that we print on the back of service tickets, installation agreements, warranty agreements, and dispatch agreements. Would your form be able to be printed on the back of our service tickets and warranty agreements?

If not, what is the right form?

If you do not have such a form, what would the cost be for one?

And is the form compliance with the new Home Improvement contractors' laws in Pennsylvania?

Yours for greater security,

Jodie

No - the service contract is stand alone and won't fit on a back of a service ticket
