C/O's in commercial spaces.....Hummmmmmm.  So you have decided to wire those C/O jobbers...

You are absolutely correct in your response to S about doing a restaurant alarm job and ASKING ON THIS FORUM what wiring to use.  This is not a simple question.  Is this New York City or NY State?
I would hope that S has a copy of NFPA 70. 72, 101 and NFPA 720 the STANDARD for CO detectors. (Or is the city, or town under IBC and IFC).  He (or she) is working in an area where mistakes cost lives and without proper training and knowledge is doing a disservice to themselves and their company and their clients.  The project manager or designer should get the KNOWLEDGE before getting the JOB.
