It seems crazy to have to host continuing sexual harassment seminars. Can my employees watch a video each year, and the new hires?
For sure. NYS DOL explicitly authorizes the use of a video, however, there needs to be an ability or resource for employees to ask and receive answers to questions fairly contemporaneously to the training. The Training must meet the statutory requirements. The Training should be associated with a related sample Complaint Form, and we recommend, with an acknowledgment form.
