Biller Genie has been a big hit in the alarm community and I’m excited to let you know that we recently released electronic ACH as a payment option throughout the app. Our clients have been asking for it and we’ve been pushing hard to get it ready, and it looks great. They will be able to electronically collect authorization forms, setup automatic payments, give access in the customer portal, and more…. Gone are the days of emailing and faxing insecure authorization forms AND it’s about a quarter of the price of processing a credit card. Existing clients can sign up directly in their merchant portal and new clients can sign up here. https://hubs.ly/H0f8Mxd0 To setup a demo, click here to schedule time with one our Account Executives. https://hubs.ly/H0fG13H0 We’re excited to continue to bring new features that help our clients get paid faster and gain back hours of wasted administrative time. We will soon be adding automated paper mailing and SMS messaging options in addition to 100% compliant surcharging, and more throughout this year and beyond. We welcome any feedback and suggestions on how we can continue to support you and the Alarm Industry. Thanks again. Thomas J. Aronica, CPP, Chief Executive Officer Miami Shores, FL 33138 D: 786-360-6391 taronica@skybankfinancial.com www.skybankfinancial.com ****************** Response ****************** I remember articles suggesting that alarm companies accept credit cards. Seemed like hard sell way back then. Why pay a percentage to collect your accounts receivables? Well, it's no longer something you should be thinking about, it's something you have to do. You want to get paid timely, set up auto pay credit card payments. Now you can set up ACH [direct withdrawal from your customer's bank account]. With Skybank Financial the ACH will be cheaper than credit card and probably processes faster too. If you're concerned with the small percentage you have to pay for the service, pass it along to your subscriber. Your All in One agreement permits increases up to 9% annually. Because Skybank Financial has a special relationship with the alarm industry, it discounts its pricing to the alarm industry. Take advantage of that discount and check out Biller Genie. Any questions, call Tom direct at 786-360-6391. **************** CONCIERGE LAWYER SERVICE FOR THE ALARM INDUSTRY PROGRAM You can check out the program and sign up here: https://www.kirschenbaumesq.com/page/concierge or contact our Program Coordinator Stacy Spector, Esq at 516 747 6700 x 304. *********************** NOTICE: You can always read our Articles on our website at ww.kirschenbaumesq.com/page/alarm-articles *********************** THE ALARM EXCHANGE
